I am the weeping angel on the right. Kilayi ([link]) (the angel on the left) and I made these costumes for Dragon*con 2010. We had lots of fun posing with other Whovians!
If you do not know the weeping angels are monsters from Doctor who that first appeared in the AMAZING episode titled "Blink."

The Doctor and Rose are Ryan and Essay. Ryan passed away in October 2011, Dragon*con will never be the same without him.
